To work with Ruler in View menu

• Paint Shop Pro provides rulers to help you align your artwork and arrange image elements symmetrically. The rulers can be configured to display inches, centimeters, and pixels.

• To display the rulers, choose the View tab from the Menu Bar and then select Rulers or click the optional Rulers button on the toolbar. The icon to the left of the Ruler command appears pressed in when its feature is displayed.

• To hide the rulers, choose the View tab from the Menu Bar and then select Rulers or click the optional Rulers button on the toolbar again.
