How to work with the Arrow Tool

To work with the Arrow Tool

Step 1 - Click the Arrow button on the tool palette.

Step 2 - Move the cursor over the image.

Step 3 - Press and hold down the left button. The cursor will change into a hand.

Step 4 - Drag the image until the area you want is visible.

Step 5 - Release the mouse button.
