How to work with the Magic Wand Tool

To work with the Magic Wand Tool

This tool works by selecting content rather than defining edges.

It uses four types of values for making selections:

RGB Value, Hue, Brightness, All Opaque and Opacity.

Step 1

• Move the cursor over the image.

Step 2

• Click the color you want to select.

Step 3

• Release the mouse button. After that you will see a marquee surround the selection.
