To work with Auto Save

• Use the Auto-save Settings dialog box when you want Paint Shop Pro to create a temporary backup file for each open image. The program creates an ATS file containing the location of the original image, the location of the backup file, and a TMP file of each open image.

To use the Auto-save Settings Dialog box:

Step 1

• Select the Enable auto-save check box to have Paint Shop Pro create temporary feature. Clear the check box if you do not want to use the feature.

Step 2

• Select a number from the Minutes box to determine how frequently Paint Shop Pro creates a temporary file.
